CNC Milling
We offer CNC milling in our facility. Anything from simple 2D profiles to complex 3D surface machining. We can also machine plates up to 100" x 60" in size.
Wire EDM
Wire EDM technology is a cornerstone of our shop. We can obtain tolerances of ± .00005 utilizing 5 axises and can cut tapers up to 30°
Die Building & Repair
Welding, remachining, sharpening broken die components. Machining of replacement die details. Design/build new dies and engineering changes.
Plasma Cutting
We have a 5' X 10' X 7/8" cutting capacity for mild steel. With our 4th axis/rotary, we can cut pipe or tubing up to 5" diameter.
Turning
We can turn a number of items such as shafts, bushings, and threaded components. We have both CNC and manual lathes.
Fabrication
Our knowledge allows us to accomplish most fabrication work from simple sheet metal components to complex tooling weldments and robotic weld cells.
Welding
Our AWS Certified Welding Fabricators offer both MIG & TIG welding. We can weld mild steel, tool steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Mold Work
We 3D contour mold details, cores, and cavities. We also machine electrodes for sinker EDM work.
Design
Turning ideas into reality. Metal stamping dies, welding & assembly jigs, are just a few of our services. We also design and implement engineering changes to your production tooling.
OD/ID & Surface Grinding
We have a variety of grinding capabilities. From surface grinding to OD/ID grinding, form grinding, and tool grinding.
